Two-piece Nuts

Two-piece nuts consist of two parts that fit together seamlessly. Thanks to their unique design, assembly is easier, because the nut does not have to be slid over the end of the spindle. Ideal for applications where speed and simplicity during installation are important.

Support and Catch Nuts

Double nuts are used for applications such as car garage lifts:

Support nut: Made of bronze and responsible for providing the force.
Catch nut: Replacement for the support nut when it is worn. The catch nut normally runs without friction, but takes over the load as soon as the support nut is worn through.
Using a catch nut significantly increases safety. Once the load is taken over by the catch nut, it is time to replace the set. In addition, wear can be measured early by checking the distance between the support and catch nut.

Block nuts

Block nuts are distinguished by their square or rectangular shape instead of a round one. These nuts are often used in sectors such as water management, but are also suitable for other technical applications. You can give us the desired dimensions, and we will ensure accurate production.

Tilting nuts
