Are you looking for custom trapezoidal thread spindles that meet specific requirements? We offer custom solutions that perfectly match your project. There are three main reasons to choose a custom spindle:

1. Unique diameter and/or pitch
If your desired diameter and pitch are not included in our standard program, we can manufacture a spindle exactly according to your specifications.

Standard dimensions: For example, our standard spindles have a diameter of 60 mm and a pitch of 9 mm.
Custom examples: For example, do you need a spindle with a diameter of 60 mm and a pitch of 8 mm? We produce these completely to measure.
Complex requirements such as double pitch are also no problem. An example of this is TR50x16 P8, see image for two thread entries.

2. Specific material requirements
We supply spindles in various high-quality materials, tailored to your application. In addition to our standard range of steel C45 and stainless steel 316, we also offer:
42CrMo4 (1.7225)
Duplex (1.4462)
S355 Steel (1.0570) (formerly known as steel 52-3)
Stainless steel types: 303 (1.4305 ), 304 (1.4301) , 431(1.4057).
ETG100 and Free-cutting steel (11SMn30 + C/SH)

3. Non-standard shapes
